It's Winter Solstice finally. It was the driest Autumn we've ever experienced. Here's hoping for snow. At least a "normal" amount of precipitation.

Atypical summer. 2010 was the year of the yellow sweet clover. Baled the last week of July. There was still some green through the first week or so of August. Then it dried out quick.

Typical Spring again. Typical May, really windy, including a snow storm and a tornado. April was colder than usual with vehicle-damaging hail. The last week in March we had 3 separate snowstorms!

Hard to believe, it's year seven for us here in Watkins. El Nino winter again. It's been frigid, dangerously cold, wind chills are -20's. There has been snow on the ground since December 21st. But the Colorado skies are blue and the sun is shining...
